The Whisper Tools are a new platform for creating and maintaining websites. It has a modular design, where you can easily add a whole new area of functionality if you want it, leave it off if you don't want it. The Basic Package include the Whisper Core (necessary for all installations), Authoring (CMS), and the Pictures ToolKit. Beyond that are Membership, Publications, QuickBlog, and many more modules easily added at any time to your Whisper Tools installation.

The Whisper Tools are open-ended, and do not restrict what you can do to only what it provides itself. You can work with HTML (naturally), and with javascript, PHP and with a whole host of additional tools that the Whisper framework provides.
